You have questions? Great! Asking questions is definitely a good thing, and asking better questions is part of living a life of Wild Bliss, but that's another story. Right now let's address some of the interests and concerns you may have.

Download Products

FAQ for kits, courses, guided visualisations, channelled processes.

When and how will I get my product?

Instantly! And in two ways:

1. As soon as you complete the checkout you will be redirected to the download page where you can download the product(s) to your computer.

2. You will also receive an email to your Paypal registered email address (or the one you enter at the checkout if you don't have a Paypal account) with a link to the download page.


How long will it take to download?

This depends largely on the speed of your internet connection. Typical download times for a 25 minute guided visualisation might be as follows:

58 minutes for a 56k modem
24 minutes for a 128k modem
12 minutes for a 256K modem
2 minutes for DSL
1 minute for cable

A modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari will handle multiple downloads while you do something else.


Can I download my product more than once?

Yes. Our system allows downloading for 24 hours after purchase; there is no limit to the number of times you can download for your personal use. In case of failed downloads, bad connection or simply to download to different devices, just follow the link to the download page in your confirmation email and download again.


How long is the download available for?

Our system allows downloading for 24 hours after your purchase. You can download as many times as you wish during this time. If you do not manage to download your product in time just contact us and we will enable downloading for a further 24 hours.


What if I'm having trouble downloading?

If you didn't receive an email with the download link please check the spam folder for your Paypal email address. If it's not there please contact us and we will send the email through again.

If it's more than 24 hours since you made the initial purchase the link will have expired. Please contact us and we will enable downloading for a further 24 hours.

If you can reach the download page you need to click (left click) on the "To download your order now, please click this link:". On the next page click (left click) on the name of your product to download automatically. Alternatively, Right Click (Mac - Ctrl Click) on the Item Name of your product and choose "Save link as..."

Anything else? Please contact us and we'll find a way to get it to you. If all else fails we'll send a copy via TransferBigFiles.


What if I don't have a Paypal account?

No problem, you don't need one. Simply enter your details on the checkout page. We use the Paypal checkout for its speed and convenience, it's quicker if you have an account, but not necessary.


DRM. What is it? Do your products have it?

Digital Rights Management or "DRM" commonly refers to software that is designed to control or limit how a file can be played, copied, downloaded, shared, or accessed. Our audio products are DRM-free, meaning that you have the flexibility to play them on any of your media players, computers, or or even burn them to CDs. Make as many copies as you like for your personal use.


Are there any restrictions on using the products?

Yes. You are free to make as many copies as you wish for your own, personal use, and we encourage you to copy the audios onto whatever device is most convenient and, of course, to print the workbooks.

However, please do not duplicate, copy, share, post on the internet or in any other way distribute our products without our express permission. Thanks :)

Can I use your products with my clients?

All products are for your personal use only. However, if you have an idea for using something of ours in your practice then please contact us to discuss this. We do like to share!


How do I play the audios I download?

Our audio products are all in MP3 format, so simply double clicking on the file will be enough on most computers. This will open and play the audio in Windows Media Player, iTunes or whatever you have. If you need a new media player then Media Player Classic is excellent, or choose from others reviewed on this page.

If you want to transfer your audios to your MP3 player, it's usually as simple as plugging the player into your computer's USB port and dragging the files across. If you use iTunes and an ipod it'll probably happen by magic ;) Alternatively, check the instructions that came with your player or ask the nearest teenager.


Can I put the audios onto CD? How?

Yes. All our audio products are in MP3 format and can easily be burned to CD. Chances are your computer came with one or more versions of the necessary software. Windows 7, for example, supports burning with Windows Media Player or straight from Windows Explorer. Macs, naturally, make things beautifully easy - just pop a blank CD in the drive and drag'n'drop the tracks you want to burn!

If your computer doesn't have the necessary software have a look here for some excellent, free programs. CDBurnerXP worked well for me.


What format are the eBooks / workbooks in?

All in PDF. Created in Adobe Acrobat and tested in the latest version of Adobe Reader. We recommend Adobe Reader as many of our books are actually mutimedia (audio and/or video embedded in the PDF) and other PDF viewers often fail to play these. If you need Adobe Reader it's freely available here


Why doesn't the audio / video play in my PDF?

Chances are you're not viewing it in the latest version of Adobe Reader. Our multimedia PDFs are tested to work in Adobe Reader which comes pre-installed on most new computers. Other PDF viewers may not cope with the embedded audio / video. If you need to get or update Adobe Reader it's freely available here

Mac users: It seems that the default PDF viewer in Mac is Preview - this will display the books but will not play the audios or videos. You will need to open in Adobe Reader if you have it installed, or download it here


I can't use Adobe Reader. What now?

No matter; any PDF viewer should display the main content quite happily, it's just that it may not play the audio / video content - but don't worry, we've got it covered. At the point where each audio / video should appear you'll also find a link to a webpage where you can view the videos online and listen to or download the MP3 tracks.

3. And it's the best way we can think of to convey our knowledge, tools, techniques, passion and humour. The combination of written word, audio journeys and video demonstrations is powerful. We love making them and we're sure you'll love using them!

No worries. Just whizz us an email or use the form on the Contact page and we'll get back to you ASAP - that's usually going to be within a couple of hours, but we do have to sleep occasionally so bear with us if it's a liitle longer ;)

Who are Cara and Ian?
